Orders placed in the United States, Canada, and Australia:
Standard Shipping (12–15 days): FREE
*Note: Please understand that these delivery times are estimates. Some orders may arrive faster or slower depending on the recipient’s location and the fulfillment center used.
None of our deliveries are subject to import charges, regardless of your country.
Processing Times
We want you to receive your items as quickly as possible. Orders take between 1–2 business days to process after being placed before they are shipped out.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your items are shipped, you will receive an automatic email notification that includes your tracking number.

Delivery
Depending on your location, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, meaning the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a notice card may be left by the postal service with instructions on how and where to collect your parcel.
Unexpected Delays
In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times listed above. Most delays are caused by international customs processing, which is beyond our control. If your package is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
Failed Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, such as an incorrect shipping address, absence of the recipient, or refusal to collect the package, it will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. These expenses include shipping costs and any additional charges incurred, and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Items Not Received but Tracking Shows Delivered
Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by the tracking system. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your item, please contact us at info@pulselet.com and we will do our best to investigate.
